Not only it tastes like a real treat, it is also the ideal meal to nourish your body after your fast during the night. • 1 ripe pear, peeled, cored and chopped • 5 green or red grapes • 4 Spinach leaves • 2 tablespoons chopped avocado • 50g plain non-fat Greek yogurt • 2 scoops Formula 1 Vanilla • 1-2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice Blend for 30 seconds.
